{"id":46,"date":"2008-06-30T17:33:56","date_gmt":"2008-07-01T01:33:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.timelypersuasion.com\/blog\/?p=46"},"modified":"2022-02-13T15:42:06","modified_gmt":"2022-02-13T21:42:06","slug":"jurors-for-department-307","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.timelypersuasion.com\/blog\/jurors-for-department-307\/","title":{"rendered":"Jurors for Department 307"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Apologies for the off-topic post, but thought this might be my best option for getting the attention of my fellow Turner vs. Chevron jurors.)<\/p>\n<p>I finally finished reading <a title=\"Amazon.com - Infinite Jest\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/dp\/0316066524\/?tag=timelpersu-20\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Infinite Jest<\/em><\/a>. \u00a0Took far longer than I expected, mainly because it takes some getting into and I also read <em>Timely Persuasion<\/em> at least 5 times as part of the editing process at the same time. \u00a0Final verdict: \u00a0Glad I read it, but wish it hadn&#8217;t left everything hanging at the end of 980+ pages and countless footnotes.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m currently working on a new novel about jury duty. \u00a0Though not about our case per se, it is definitely inspired by 6 weeks worth of waiting together in a hallway before, during, and after the action of each day.<\/p>\n<p>Stay tuned&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Apologies for the off-topic post, but thought this might be my best option for getting the attention of my fellow Turner vs. Chevron jurors.)
