I’ve added a half price PDF version of the book to the Lulu store<\/a> to complement the free online html edition<\/a> for the tech savvy in the audience.<\/p>\n

There’s also a free, password protected PDF version available this week only<\/span> in honor of Read an eBook Week<\/a>. What’s the password? Clues are available in the read me file included with the download. Why a password? It’s no fun if you don’t have to work for it at least a little bit :).<\/p>\n
