It mirrors <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.timelypersuasion.com\/blog\/lbdg-commentary-18-a-wife-a-butterfly\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3227\">A Wife, A Butterfly<\/a>, quotes Nirvana, uses the l33t speak variant of Local 3&#8217;s band name and throws in a parenthetical for good measure<sup data-fn=\"215b4e69-f84c-49cc-9696-b551599a670f\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#215b4e69-f84c-49cc-9696-b551599a670f\" id=\"215b4e69-f84c-49cc-9696-b551599a670f-link\">1<\/a><\/sup>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Vamew3vtJ_o\">What&#8217;s not to love<\/a>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also illustrates the internal fight between hitting 27 chapters exactly and having shorter chapters for dramatic yet snappy pacing. There&#8217;s no real reason this isn&#8217;t part of the previous chapter aside from the artificial cliffhanger of the redhead&#8217;s return as it&#8217;s just the second part of the final open mic show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tidbits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I haven&#8217;t exactly kept track, but I swear &#8220;Thank you so much!&#8221; might be the single most common piece of musician between song stage banter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One of my earliest brainstorm notes was for Local 3 to be called Local Band Done Gone, but to stylize the logos as L3DG. Their first album would be called Edly and\/or aL3DG3dly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/thelondonsouls.bandcamp.com\/album\/here-come-the-girls-2\">Here Come the Girls<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Have you always been the au pair?&#8221; ties back to &#8220;Nanny. I&#8217;ll have to remember that&#8221; during the living room memory conversation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Jimmy started singing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=hTWKbfoikeg\">a song about stockpiling guns and losing imaginary friends<\/a>.
